This looks dumb. It works anyway.

True story:

I’ve been jogging in place while watching Reacher.

10 minutes at a time.

Sometimes 2x a day.

Sometimes 3.

And here’s the wild part…

I’m averaging 7,000 steps a day now.

Without stepping outside.

No gym.
No shoes. (yes I’m barefooted)
No weather excuses.

Just me, Reacher, and a hardwood floor.

At first, it felt dumb.

Like, this can’t be real exercise, right?

But after a week of doing it anyway…

I realized something:

Progress doesn’t require perfect conditions. Just movement.

Most solopreneurs are stuck waiting for ideal setups:

“I’ll launch when I have a full funnel.”
“I’ll start writing when I have more clarity.”
“I’ll sell when my offer’s airtight.”

Stop. Making. Excuses.

You don’t need the perfect plan.

You need to move.

Even if it’s in place.

Even if it looks stupid.

Even if you’re just doing 10-minute sprints between tasks.

That’s how momentum actually works.

It rewards motion.

Not overthinking. Not excuses.

Not “waiting to feel ready.”

Anyway, I’ve got another round coming up in 20 minutes.

Reacher’s about to break someone’s arm.

You?

Go break your inertia.

To your growth,
Vikko
