I chased 4 goals. Paid for all of them.

True story:

I’ve been chasing a lot lately…

→ Trying to get fit
→ Building my business
→ Staying excellent at my 9–5
→ Being present with my family

And here’s what hit me:

When I push harder in one area (like fitness)…

Progress slows down somewhere else (like biz).

Not ‘cause I’m lazy.

But because time is finite, and every goal has a cost.

That’s the part people never talk about.

What looks like “I can do it all!”

Is really just a game of trade-offs.

And when I watched Nicolas Cole’s video on this topic, it clicked:

Chasing 4 goals at the same time = paying 4 prices from the same pot.

So here’s what I did:

→ I ran a personal time audit.
→ Spotted where my energy was leaking.
→ And built a week that respects those trade-offs.

It meant cutting the noise:

No doomscrolling (i hope).
No junk tasks.
No “maybe this is important” distractions.

Only the stuff that moves the needle.

Now, I won’t pretend this is easy.

But here’s what I know:

When I follow that plan: I always make progress.

Try this today →

Here’s a cheat code:
💥 Delete one app that’s stealing your time.
Tell me how good it felt.

Because the easiest way to take back your time…

Is to stop giving it away to things that don’t matter.

Because yes… every goal has a cost.

But when you pay it intentionally?

Progress is guaranteed.

To your growth,
