How To Think Less Yet Win More

Yesterday I was standing in front of the squat rack, bar loaded…

Almost ready to go… Almost.

And I caught myself doing it again.

Talking.

Not out loud. Just that quiet, inner negotiation:

“Maybe I’ll do fewer reps today.”
“My legs are still sore from last week.”
“I should ease up so I don’t get injured.”

That voice always shows up right before it’s time to do something uncomfortable.

So I shut it off.

Not with a motivational speech.

Not with a caffeine hit.

Just with silence.

I blanked my mind.
Grabbed the bar.
And squatted.

No thoughts. Just the rep I committed to.

That got me thinking.

This happens in business too.

Not the squats, the talking.

You say you want to launch.
You’ve got the outline.
The product is 80% done.
Your plan is solid.

But instead of pressing post or sending that message, you hear:

“What if no one buys?”
“Maybe I need more testimonials.”
“I should wait until I’m less busy.”

And just like that, you talk yourself out of the rep.

The best creators I know?

They move.

They don’t let the internal voice win.
They don’t wait until it feels right.
They do the damn thing and adjust later.

They think less.

And act more.

Because they know something most people don’t:

Thinking is valuable, until it’s time to act.
After that, it becomes resistance in disguise.

So if you’ve been stuck in your head lately…

Here’s the fix:

Blank the screen.
Mute the voice.
And press send.

Your goals don’t need more thought.

They need more reps.

To your growth,
