For You—Because I Know How Hard It Is to Keep Going
For the days when quitting feels easier—this is your reminder
It’s 5:30 PM. I’m sitting in a small coffee shop inside the hospital.
The smell of fresh espresso fills the air, but my thoughts are everywhere else.
My son is confined, and worry sits heavy on my shoulders.

Not my preferred writing place. But it’s good enough.
These are the moments when staying consistent feels impossible.
When distractions, challenges, and the chaos of life make it tempting to let everything slide.
But here I am, writing.
I’ve committed to writing these newsletters every week.
It’s a promise I made to myself.
But more importantly, it’s a promise I made to you.
To my 150+ readers who show up, read, and take action.
To those who’ve told me how a tip or a story has sparked something inside you, inspired you to try again, or reminded you of what’s possible.
And to the people closest to me—my son, who makes me want to be better every day, and my wife, who is my rock when life feels unsteady.
Her quiet strength keeps me grounded.
She reminds me why I started this journey in the first place: for us, for our family, for the life we’re building together.
And even on the hardest days, she gives me the courage to keep going.
So here I am, writing in the middle of all this—not because it’s easy, but because it matters.
And I want to remind you of something I remind myself every single day:
Consistency isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, even when it’s hard.
I’m not perfect.
I’ve missed deadlines, dropped the ball, and thought about giving up more times than I’d like to admit.
But here’s what keeps me moving: knowing that someone—whether it’s my wife, my son, or you—is counting on me to keep going.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
Consistency doesn’t mean giving 100% every single day. Some days, your 100% might only be 30%.
And that’s okay. What matters is showing up and doing what you can.
Because true consistency is built in the hard moments—the times when life throws everything at you, and you still find a way to move forward, even if it’s just one small step.
To anyone out there juggling a 9-5, a family, and a dream—this is for you.
You’re not alone.
I see you. I understand the weight you’re carrying because I’m carrying it too.
Take a moment to breathe.
Lean on the people who support you.
Rest if you need to.
But don’t quit.
You have something meaningful to build, and the world needs what you have to offer.
To your growth,
Vikko
